Harrison Ford and Calista - knot

Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart were married on Tuesday in Santa Fe, New Mexico, her publicist confirmed.

Harrison Ford, 67, and Calista Flockhart, 45, were engaged in 2009. They began dating after meeting at the 2002 Golden Globe awards.

Kamal and Trisha in Paris

Kamal Hassan and Trisha are shooting in Paris for KS Ravikumar directed Manmadhan Ambu, from Friday.

Trisha twittered – “Paris is beautifuuulll...Les champs élysées, le louvre, le tour Eiffel, le notre dame......sigh....the city of looveee....blessed to be here”. She says it is the best time of the year to be in Paris.

Meanwhile Amitabh Bachchan who is in Paris had sent a sms to Kamal inviting him for his recital of his father’s poems in Paris. Kamal is trying to take a break from his busy schedule and attend the poetry session hosted by Big B.

The film is watchable in parts only due to the awesome performance of Suriya, as a mass action hero cop. Every scene and even dialogues and reactions from the supporting cast are predictable.The director believes that he can go on rehashing his earlier films.Anuska - heroine looks like his sister.This movie can be watched for surya.
Singam (Suriya) a sub-inspector at Nallur police station in Tirunelveli district, who never wanted to be a cop and would have preferred to run the family provision store. He joins because of his fathers force (Radha Ravi), who has always had high regards for the police force.
Villan is Mayilvahanam (Prakash Raj), an extortionist, kidnapper and also runs a real estate mafia in Tiruvanmayur area of Chennai. Mayilvahanam is forced to come and report to Dorai Singam at the Nallur police station and there both have sparks.
The Chennai don using his political influence promotes Dorai Singam as Inspector and transferrs him to Tiruvanmayur police station in Chennai. A cat and mouse fight comes between Singam and Mayil, leading to a lot of twists and turns.vivek has done his comedy track well.
The climax ends in Nellore. The film is racy at 2 hours and 35 minutes, and packaged as a mass masala entertainer.
Devi Sri Prasads music is serviceable, with Stole my heart and baba sehgal song being the best of the lot The action scenes are well choreographed by Rocky Rajesh, especially the theatre fight and running chase scene between Suriya and Besant Nagar Ravi. Priyan has done well by trying to frame the hero and the lanky heroine in one frame.

Dasavatharam

The film starts with Rangaraja Nambi (Kamal Hassan), Vaishnavite, opposes the removal of Lord Vishnu's idol by King Kulothunga Chozhan (Napoleon), who is a strong believer of Shiva. Nambi is punished and thrown into the deep sea tied to the idol. His wife Kothai (Asin) also dies. Then the story starts by Dr Govind (Kamal) discovers a deadly virus, which catches the attention of the government including President George Bush (Kamal). Govind Boss tries to sell to the enemies and how Goving protects he virus going to the wrong hands .

Dr Govind is pursued by a former CIA agent-turned-mercenary Keith Fletcher (Kamal) and his Tamil interpreter (Mallika Sherawat). Balram Naidu (Kamal), the Telugu speaking RAW chief chases Dr oving thinking he is bad guy, a Chinese martial arts teacher (Kamal) thirsting to take revenge on Fletcher, Vincent Poovarahan (Kamal) a Dalit activist , Krishnaveni Patti (Kamal), Khalifullah Khan (Kamal) and a Punjabi pop singer Avatar Singh(Kamal). Andal, a Brahmin girl, is also unwittingly drawn into a long chase. At the end Tsunami scene is been included.

Santhosh Subramaniam

Santhosh Subramaniam is very good love story.

It is a faithful remake of Telugu Bommarillu.

This movie got action , emotion , comedy, drama and its good entertaining movie.

Santhosh (Ravi) intelligent boy of rich son of (Prakash Raj). Mother role was done by geetha.He is a sort of dictator who decides everything right from the dress he wears to the way he should behave and talk.

Santhosh gets forcefully engaged by his father. Santhosh meets Hasini (Genelia) innocent girl, daughter of a middle class employee of a temple (Sayaji Shinde). They fall in love and when Santhosh’s dad comes to know about it, he asks him to bring Hasini to their house and stay for 7 days.

Hasini comes to Santhosh’s house and wins over each and every family member but due to few reasons she leaves his home and how the lovers come together in the end is done in good form .

Kanna

This movie is about how a teenage girls undergoes situation in her adoloscent age.


Reghunath (Prakash Raj) is a father for the heroine, who is a MD of a software company and his wife is (Seeta), a son and daughter Anapoorni (Sheela) a class 10th student in a convent. Poorni goes on a botanical study tour with her class to Ootty along with an Aashirwadam (Livingstone) and a lady teacher (Sona Nair).

Poorni meets the hero Raja who is a florist.He becomes guide for there trip.When the girl returns back from ooty she realizes that she is in deeply in love with the boy wh she met in ooty and she forgets her parents and goes in search of the boy.

Prakash Raj as usual has turned all attention towards him with his acting.


Livingstone in a comedy role with Sona Nair raises made a few comedy scenes.

Puli Varuthu

The movie Puli Varuthu is not up to the mark.The hero Ramesh is goes to village for his friend wedding.There The hero gets dream as if his friend meets with lorry accident.Then he falinf in love with Chembakkan( Mallika Kapoor) a village girl who said to be unlucky gil.Some of the dreams starts coming true.

The movie is too much when we find that the heroines as a child was in love with a eight year old boy who comes as model for an energy drink.The model is turns out to be our hero Ramesh in the end.

Pidichirukku

Pidichirukku movie is new love trend subject story.The script and screenplay is done very well in this picture.Kanjakaruppu has done his role fine.

Movie has got lot of sentiments dialogues.It has god few kuthoo songs.

Bheema

The movie Bheema is thriller.Sekhar(Vikram) son of an honest police man joins with ‘goonda’ Chinna (Prakash Raj)in Rameswaram.. Meanwhile a turf war breaks out between Chinna and the dreaded don of the city Periyavar (Reghuvaran) and his sons.

The police commissioner (Ashish Vidyarti) arranges a war against the gangs and plans encounter. Sekhar falls in love with Charu (Trisha).Complication starts from there.

There are lot of stunt scenes.The Vikram has done wonderful performance.
At the end of half-a-dozen fights and songs that comes regularly are some sporadic scenes which stands out like a drunken Sekhar confronting the police commissioner at a birthday party in a hotel where he speaks his mind out, the scene where Chinna and Sekhar kidnap Periyavar while he sleeps and when he wakes up finds that he is miles away from his home or the scene where the gang under the guidance of Sekhar in a comic way forces Chinna to marry his childhood sweet-heart Padma (Lakshmi Gopalasamy). These are the small gems in Lingu’s script, which otherwise goes haywire.

Pirivom Santhipom

Director of Pirivom Sathipom is Karu Palaniappan.Hero is Cheran & heroine is Sneha.This movie is very clean & neat film.

This movie is not commercial or masala movies filled with fighting secene or abroad song scene.There are no villan nor major comedy tracks.

The heroine is from rich family living in Karaikudi, Visalakshi (Sneha) whom everybody lovingly calls .

Her parents chooses her life partner with Natesan the hero (Cheran) an Engineer with the state electricity board from joint family. Sala starts liking the family & enjoys.When Natesan gets transferred sala gets lonely.

The hero wanted to get out from the joint family & lead his own life.Sala faces bitterness out of this.

Sneha as acted well in this movie.Jayram as dr he comes & done his performance in a very good way.Music of Vidyasagar as always gives melody to heart and mind.

The Kite Runner

The Kite Runner is light, sweet, charming.Marc Forster direcetd this movie.

The story is about wealthy Amir (Zekiria Ebrahimi) and the family servant's feisty son Hassan (the irresistible Ahmad Khan Mahmoodzada).

The movie was shot in  Western China, also darkens plausibly with danger lurking around every corner.  Amir secretly witnesses of a rape scene which takes place in kabul market place.

 Amir becomes an adult (Khalid Abdalla), living as an aspiring writer in San Francisco with his ailing father (the formidable Homayoun Ershadi), the tone turns draggier — which is understandable and necessary, given that Amir remains wracked with shame for his childhood transgression, but that also means it loses its earlier energy. (Forster and Benioff do inject some much-needed humor as Amir meets and awkwardly courts the woman who will become his wife, played by Atossa Leoni.)

And once Amir returns to the ravaged, Taliban-controlled Kabul he no longer recognizes for the chance to right his wrong, moments that should have been more poignant are instead distracting for their convenience. Old foes show up at just the right time, and sequences that played out at the beginning are echoed at the end. It's a jarring contrast for a film that's so clearly aiming for emotional and political realism.

If nothing else, though, The Kite Runner does succeed in providing a vibrant window into a region of the world we might not have known and might have felt daunted to seek out. In this era of 24-hour cable news, celebrity gossip and blink-and-you-miss-them headlines, that's probably the greatest service the film could provide.

I Am Legend

Smith , a military scientist whose immunity to a deadly virus leaves him stranded in Manhattan with only his trusted German shepherd for companionship.

Then come the Infected, the ones who didn't die from the virus but rather were transformed into shrieking, flailing crazies who only come out at night only.


Military man find out seeking out any other survivors and alarms to warm him when the sun's about to go down. But he's also a human being who misses the wife and little girl (Smith's 7-year-old daughter, Willow) he lost during the city's frantic evacuation a few years back.

Smith talks to his dog as if she were a friend .The movie is all about gun fire & destroying.

Mantra

The telugu movie mantra is directed by Tulasi Ram.

The first half of the movie is full of comedy & the second half is about horror.

Mantra (Charmi) is an orphan girl and goes to place Mantra Nilayam, situated on the city outskirts. People don't take the bungalow for rent because of some mystery & strange murder happenings.Mantra was loaded with debts so she has to sell things for her father debts and she decides to stay in this house or time being.The person who collects the debts is Hero (Sivaji). Hero agrees to stay where he can get some percentage of amount when he sells the building.He stays with three friends but one of his friends gets killed. Rest two friends leaves the hero.From there mystery finding starts.
